We take a holistic approach to the development of our athletes, encouraging them to grow in body, mind, and spirit.
Body
Strength, stamina, speed, quickness and agility are all important elements of the physical capabilities of a soccer player. The pursuit of the physical attributes requires discipline and provides a clear challenge and growth opportunity for athletes.
Mind
Intelligence, resilience, adaptability, self-control, and creativity are all vital characteristics for success on and off the field. We cultivatr mental strength and sharpness in our players through challenging training sessions and intellectual growth materials.
Spirit
Critical to our players and staff achieving their potential is strength of spirit. We want to develop integrity, perseverance, responsibility, and love in every member of our organization. THE IMPACT
Alloy Soccer Club is having a huge impact on the 60+ young men representing over 15 countries who make up the team. As immigrants from the entire world continue to make their way into Lancaster County, Alloy Soccer Club is here to welcome them with open arms in the context of the global language of soccer. Alloy's goal is not just winning games but about forging humble, courageous, loving men through a diverse, committed soccer brotherhood competing together for joy and glory. Their team commitment recited by all before each time they step on the field speaks for itself: I will give my best and demand your best. I will work for your success and cover for your failure. I will be humble. I will take courage. I will give glory.
THE HEAD COACH
Coach John Reagan Moore is passionate about developing players and teams to their full potential.
He has served as a head coach for Lancaster Elite in the UPSL, winning the conference with 10-0 record. As an assistant in the college game, Coach Moore helped lead the highly lauded Franklin & Marshall Men’s Soccer team to a #2 national ranking and assisted the Lancaster Bible College men to consecutive second place conference finishes.
In youth development, Coach Moore has been Director of Coaching at Lititz Youth Soccer Club and a head coach at Reading United, Lancaster Elite and Dillsburg Area Soccer Club. Coach Moore is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and enjoys helping players develop technically, physically, and psychologically.
