We train coaches and provide resources to facilitate the formation of locally run and holistically focused soccer clubs that instill character, provide opportunity, and inspire hope in youth around the world.

We believe that the universal language of soccer is a powerful tool that, when used strategically, has the ability to bring about positive, lasting change in communities all over the world. But how do we do this?

Coaches Training

Equipped with USSF A License, UEFA B License, Diploma of High Performance IFS (Spain), Master in High Performance MBP (Spain), Master of Tactical of Periodization (Portugal), MBP Scouting and Opposition Analysis (Spain), Master of Coaching and Leadership, TOVO Diploma (Spain), and a B.A. in Psychology, our director of coaching is well qualified to ensure our coaches are receiving excellent training.

As clubs grow, our staff continues to oversee, advise, train, and equip our coaches with the newest research on soccer training and development.

Changing Lives & Communities

We don’t just stop with soccer. As we build relationships and trust within a community, we also seek to provide off the field programs that, based on counsel from local leaders, will be most beneficial to that specific community’s development. Whether it’s sponsoring scholarships to elementary school, providing english classes, personal finance lessons, family check-ins, team events, and advancement chances to play collegiate soccer, we are always looking for new ways our clubs can have a positive influence on their communities.

Club Resourcing

Big Picture Soccer provides the funding to help cover coach salaries, team equipment, league fees, transportation, off-field activities, and any other club related expenses. This ensures our clubs continue to be accessible to all.

Executive Consulting

In order to maintain the highest level of operational efficiency, BPS provides our clubs with regular consulting meetings to continue improving their practical systems for things like budgeting, reporting, and management. Our team has relevant experience in startups, international business, and club management to make sure we can provide the support our clubs need to be excellent and sustainable.
